Visual studio 2017 installer failed to download, no matter what I do!
I've tried ...everything... such as manually installing certificates, disabling auto download certificates and wiping all the temp files as well as running the visual studio uninstaller cleaner fix thingy from Microsoft but no matter what I do, I always get the 'Unable to download installation files. Check your internet connection and try again.'

Because I need it for my job I've actually spent exactly 17 hours non stop trying to get it to install. I've tried 'every' solution I could find on Google (not many that are relevant unfortunately and the ones that are don't work). I've actually snapped my old keyboard in half from frustration.
I've tried 4 different ISP's and using my mobile as a dongle to try over my mobile connection, on all 4 ISP's I used both the LAN cable (which I normally use) and the wifi card, I've tried this on 3 different routers from 3 different brands and I've also tried hooking directly into the modem, which I've tried 2 of.

Obviously not an internet issue. I've tried manually installing certificates, clearing any installation files off, clearing temp folder, installing Internet Explorer via add/remove windows features and of course updating Windows and countless restarts. I've out of ideas here and if anyone here knows a way to get this to force install I'd be forever greatful.
