Demand for a Weapons Wiki App?

For a while I've been interested in making a game-companion style wiki app, and Borderlands 2 seems like the perfect game for it.
I would have a sheet of all the Seraphs, Pearls, Uniques and Legendaries (as well as skins). What they do, a video of the item (most likely linking to a Yoteslaya guide), where to get them, etc. all in a checklist so you can mark down all of the items.
Maybe also I could have a parts list so you can see all the possible parts and prefixes the guns could have - as well as an option where you can take a picture of the gun in the inspect view and the app would scan and tell you all the parts that came with it. (This part might be too advanced for my skills so thats why this is a 'maybe')
I used this app for TBOI https://appsto.re/us/PeFx4.i to help me unlock items and I think having a similar companion for BL2 would be a ton of fun. Is there a demand at all for this? Both new and old players could find use for it (New players could use it to learn where to get good gear, and OP8 Vets could use it as a checklist for all their gear until they collected 100% of it) even if there isn't a demand, I might want to make it for myself. Never know
